Well Apex Legends has earned a great respect and has build a huge player base by gaining over 25 Million players in just 7 days.And To compete with the sensation of year 2018 "Fortnite",EA has kept Apex Legends free.The game in it self is great and the graphics are promising despite the fact that in-game items are way too expensive after all its a game by EA,but still the game is free.

Concept
"Evolution of Survival Games" as stated by EA,the game is truly standing to the words,this concept of modernising the survival games is really unique and creative which makes the game attractive and Apex Legends had to stand out as Two really popular battle royale games "Fortnite" & "PUBG" are already out performing well and the game has done its job very well with a creative concept and has managed to stand out in the crowd and has built a huge player base.
It themed on Respawn's Titanfall but a better shooter for me and i kinda like the characters in the game.And what's great in the game is the knockdown shield and time we get to revive the teammate,its a heck lot of a time.
Apex is mainly based on teamwork and isn't oriented for solo play which makes you play with strangers but voice chat isn't required which makes it fun playing with strangers.

Graphics
As i stated earlier,graphics are really amazing and attractive despite the fact that game isn't too demanding and most attractive part about the game is its animations,the animations for reviving a teammate or killing a knocked out enemy.
Developers have worked on every bit of the game and details in the graphics can be seen.And Developers team is working hard on the game.Many updates have been rolled out in short passage of time.

Is it gonna be the biggest in 2019?
Well to be honest the game is really promising but its not the first one to challenge Fortnite and Fortnite has always outperformed the competitors.Apex Legends gonna make a spot at in Top 3 with its large user base as it is dominating twitch charts regularly.
It is a better shooter but most Fortnite players would still hangout with Fortnite in 2019.Yes,No.1 Fortnite player Ninja played Apex and won its first Tournament in front of thousands of viewers which might put you in the thought that the two games are in direct competition but thats not the case for now.Many different sites have conveyed their thoughts on the topic.
"Fortnite is a pleasant place to hang out" stated by THE VERGE.Well i partially agree with this statement as Apex is full of action and gives far more superior experience than Fortnite.
Conclusion
Apex is gonna be big but not the biggest in 2019 and can have a big player base with its really creative concept of modernising battle royale but this game isn't in the direct competition with Fortnite but would outperform PUBG in certain terms.
